Quality Control relates to procedures and is product-oriented focusing on identifying quality issues in manufactured products that could affect customer satisfaction. a set of procedures intended to ensure that a manufactured product adheres to a defined set of quality criteria. QC Quality Control procedures include but are not limited to batch inspection, product sampling, validation testing, laboratory testing, software testing, and more.

A quality seals are awarded by recognised institutes or facilities to some manufacturer or service provider who fully comply with their respective quality and testing regulations. A seal of quality is a graphic or written identification of offers that signal a certain grade or quality to the customer.
